意思不同。
still
英 [stɪl] 美 [stɪl]
adj. 静止的；不动的；静寂的；adv. 更；仍然；静止地；v. 使...平静下来；n. 蒸馏器；寂静；定格照。

though
英 [ðəʊ] 美 [ðoʊ]
conj. 虽然；尽管；然而；可是；adv. （用在句末补充说明使语气减弱）不过。
Though we have tried our best, we lost the game.
虽然我们已尽了最大的力量，但还是输了。
still，yet这两个副词均含有“仍，还”之意，区别：
1、still指过去已经开始的动作，说话时仍在继续，可用于肯定、否定或疑问句中。
2、yet通常用于疑问句和否定句中，指预料要发生的事，但尚未发生。
