In this paper, the meaning of the reverse logistics of departure, through the analysis of China's enterprises to develop awareness of the existence of reverse logistics, legal, information and other aspects of the status quo, made our country the operation of reverse logistics enterprises countermeasures and proposals. Reverse logistics has been got more and more attention and study by industries and research institutes in recent years. And in China, Reverse logistics become more and more important in many enterprises as the knowledge of reverse logistics being developed.
In this paper, the conception , characteristics and types of reverse logistics have been described briefly. And the present sutituation of reverse logistics in China has been analyesed. And then, some problems in developing reverse logistics in China have been presented. At the last part of the paper, a stragtegy of reverse logistics and some efective measures have been presented for the promotion of reverse logistics development in China.
