我觉得汉语句子可以调整一下更好：
就让这个房间成为我们交流英语的地方。（房间可以成为地方，而地方不能成为房间，这是汉语习惯），所以翻译改为：
let this room be the place for us to learn english。你的原句语法是正确的。
