How to make the fruit salad
I know how to make the fruit salad.Do you learn?Let me tell you.First ,we need some fruits,such as apples,bananas,oranges.We need some of them.Then we peel the bananas,and wash the apples.we put them into a glass bowl.but we also need some milk.Because milk is good for our health.We pour the milk into the bowl.Then we mix them all up.That is all.You can show it to your parents.They must be very happy.
First, wash all the fruits (except banana)
Second, peel the fruits (pear, peach, banana, each one is enough)
Third, cut them into small pieces
Four, cut every grape into two half
Five, put all in a bowl
Six, put two scoop of salad dressing in the bowl, beat up
Seven, ladle into a clean plate
Okay, so far finished a perfect dish – fruit salad!
Next, cut the fruit into small cubes.
After that, put some salad into the bowl.
Then, stir the mixture.
Finally, you can eat it.

Quantities Ingredients
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon regular mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 egg
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
Equipment
saucepan
measuring spoons
measuring cup
mixing bowl
mixing spoon
container or jar with cover
Instructions
1.Combine flour, brown sugar, mustard and pepper in saucepan.
2.Mix water, dry milk and egg in small mixing bowl. Gradually add mixture to flour mixture.
3.Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Continue to stir for one minute after the mixture boils.
4.Remove pan from heat and stir in vinegar. Chill.
5.Stir in yogurt and orange juice concentrate after dressing is cold.
6.Refrigerate in covered container. Dressing will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
NOTES: Variation: One tsp. dry mustard can be substituted for the "regular" mustard.
