这里’他们‘这个字用得不好
原因是前部分已有’他们‘
在这里又用了’他们‘
这会令读者以为是指相同的’一批人‘
但其实 them to fetch 中的 them
应当是指 assets
这亦即是说
翻译书所用的字眼’它们‘的适当的处理
还有一点
在’而不值管理...'
我觉得用‘而不是管理...'较适当
(3) some assets
some用’某些‘﹐’一些‘会比’这些‘较适合
some assets 的含意可能是‘某些类别的资产’
隐含的意思提醒读者’不可一概而论﹐有例外’'
但用了'这些资产’
意思是指’上文曾经提及的那些资产‘

其他的定语和从句都起到修饰作用，全句意思为：

这些规则说,他们必须重视一些资产第三方支付的价格,而不是价格经理和监管机构希望他们去。
是不会吧直译过来的句子做适当调整让它更符合汉语习惯。虽然不是什么大问题，但是还是要加强这方面的练习。value…at的确是评估 你没看到“评估一些资产”体现了这个意思吗。只是你的语序让人读起来很别扭罢了
这些规则说，他们必须在价格，第三方支付，不是价格管理人员和监管机构希望他们获取一些资产价值。
