provide、supply、offer 三词用法的区别
supply是“供给，补给” 名词有“供应品，补给品，存活”
provide是“提供，供给，供应”
我建议记supply多记“补给”的含义，因为这层含义是它比较独有的
而provide多记“提供”的含义，这点与offer相像，比较主动
supply多用于周期性的“补给”，多是对某种物品的“补给”，从而与provide区分
而provide是一般意义的“提供” 多指，人对人
如“提供一个机会”，这是用provide的，是主语人对别人的提供。
