报价单是卖方愿意销售特定的货物，在申明的条款下，包括数量，价格，运输，付款条件等。报价单通常是根据口头的或者书面的询价单而开出的。
报价单通常分为确盘和非确盘。确盘就是报价单规定了，一经接受报价，在确定的时限内不会变更交易条件。而非确盘就是，报价单在某些条件之下，可能会变更。
