whether…or+not的用法及讲解

一道英语题求解答。
这题应该选B。根据句意，从句中有or，所以这里应该填“是否”，选项中的if和whether都可以表示这个含义。但是当主句中有否定词存在时，宾语从句的引导词只能用whether，而不能使用if，所以这里应该选B。
