【含义】
agree with表示与某某一致；
agree on指双方通过协商而取得一致意见或达成协议。
【用法】
agree with通常的固定搭配为同意某人的意见、看法，也可译为与某人的意见一致；
agree on可后接动名词，表示同意做某事。
【例句】
agree on举例：
We rarely agree on what to do.
我们很少在要做的事情上看法一致。
They agree on fundamentals,like the need for further political reform.
他们在需要深化政治改革等基本问题上意见一致。
agree with举例：
The great majority of people seem to agree with this view.
大多数人似乎都同意这种观点。
I agree with you to a certain degree.
我在某种程度上同意你的观点。

【含义】
1、agree with 英[əˈɡriːwɪð]，美[əˈɡriːwɪð]
释义：同意;与某人（某观点）一致;与…相符;（气候、食物等）适合于;
2、agree on 英[əˈɡriːɒn]，美[əˈɡriːɑːn]
释义：对某事（物）有同样看法，商定（同意）某事或商定做某事;
【用法】
1、agree的基本含义是“同意”。指某一方同意另一方的观点、看法或对另一方提出的计划、建议、条件等表示同意; 也指双方或多方就某事经协商取得一致意见或对某事看法一致。
2、agree用作及物动词,其后可接名词、代词、动词不定式或that从句作宾语。用作不及物动词,其后常接about, in, on〔upon〕, to, with等介词。
3、agree on指双方或多方在某件事情上取得一致的意见。常与plan(计划)、date(日期)、terms(条件)、price(价格)等名词连用。
例句1：The plan strikes me as ridiculous, but the others agree on it.我觉得那项计划可笑，但其他人却同意。
例句2：The two sides failed to agree on every point but came to an accommodation.双方并非在每一点上意见都一致，但已达成和解。
4、agree with可用于指人，指同意其看法或意见等，也可与一些名词或从句连用。agree with仅表示看法或意见一致，没有愿意进行合作或效法的含义。
例句1：Many people are in sympathy with your views.许多人赞同你的看法。
例句2：The proposal was met with general acceptance.这建议得到普遍的赞同。
