So glad to have your reply
you asked about my working environment, so i'm going to talk about the condition i'm in at present.
actually i think i am stuck in a kind of awkward situation, because Mr. x who commended me was having problems in communications with my boss, so that my boss was strict with me.and though i take over producing, since i have to report before i do any performances, i didn't own any real power in it. what's worse, he is not that into the productions as i do. and it made it harder getting approvals to the reports. it can probably be a problem in trust, and i guess it needs some time to figure out, i'd better it 'll be fixed earlier. for it can do good to the develop of the company.
besides, i want to give my opinions in producing. since the company just started in China, i think it'd better not be transformed too fast to totally Chinese localization, it would only lower the positions where our productions' on. And i think it better be localized step by step, which will do benefit to the transitions of productions.
and as for technology, i have reflected the situation to boss to delieverto the headquarters, because i am not that into the processes and types about the productions, so that hoping getting the technology support from the head.
all what i said above was really honest thoughtsfrom my heart, excuse me if there're any problems.
