我开始学的时候，我的手臂僵硬，运球运不好，总是分心。但到后来，我越来越熟练，也越来越喜欢了，每次打篮球的时候，我总是能拿很多分，而且我越来越有团队精神，体格越来越好，一年很少生病，而且给我带来了许多快乐。
我们人很需要体育锻炼，它可以增强体质，给人带来快乐等好处。所以想要健康，快乐，就缺不了体育。

Basketball is a very high popularity of the sport, in the street, the school can be seen everywhere. Now the street three on three basketball game has become the most popular method in basketball.
