星期五那天阳光明媚，我们四年级全体同学怀着激动的心情来到首都博物馆。下车后，呈现在我的眼前的首都博物馆高大雄伟。走近一看，首都博物馆的两侧是由一块块玻璃围成的。在阳光的照耀下非常耀眼。　
老师带我们走进了大厅，这里宽敞、明亮。全年级的所有同学站在里面都不觉得拥挤。大厅正前方立着一个老北京的牌楼，那个牌楼红绿相间。上面还写着三个溜金大字“景德街”。讲解员告诉我们说：“这个牌楼明代时立在一条街上，后来因北京街道改造才移到这里的。这块牌楼象征着老北京的风貌。”大厅左边是一个圆柱体的建筑，这就是首博的圆厅。圆厅外面包裹着青铜，倾斜着穿过屋顶，就像一个巨大的青铜器。右边是一个长方形的建筑，外边铺着一块块木板，这就是首博的方厅。　
讲解员先带我们去了古代书画艺术精品展厅。书画展厅里挂着纸作的、绢作的，各种大大小小的名画共一百六十七幅。　
参观完了书画厅，我们又到了四层，燕地青铜精品展厅。这个展厅里陈列有兵器、乐器，还有一些杂器…，我们好象进入了青铜器的海洋。　
随着人流，我们又到了五层—古代玉器精品展厅。这里有古代皇帝用的玉玺，有古代富人家挂在脖子上的玉佩，还有玉龙猪…，其中我最喜欢的是勒子。那个勒子是圆柱形的，长八、九厘米，颜色乳白，上面还有两个小洞，这两个小洞可以穿线把它做为装饰挂在脖子上。讲解员对我们说：“这块勒子是用羊脂玉做的，但现在羊脂玉已经所剩无几了，而且这小小的勒子上刻着二百九十二个字的经文。”“哇”，我惊奇地看着那块羊脂玉。以前，我只在电视上看见过羊脂玉做的玉器。今天，我能亲眼所见，真是幸运啊！　
最后，我们去了方厅五层的老北京民俗展厅。在这个展厅里展出的是老北京以前用的东西和老北京街道上热闹的场景。有以前用的家具，有以前人家的衣服，还有当时人们戴的帽子…，最吸引我的是那结婚的热闹场景，前面有一位老爷爷敲着锣，后面跟着几个小伙子在吹喇叭。我仿佛也听见了敲锣打鼓吹喇叭的声音。中间便是那顶轿子。只见轿子的四个轿杆分别被四个力大的小伙子抬着。最后面是几个扛大箱子的人，我想：箱子里面肯定装的是不少金银珠宝和值钱的东西吧！我真想打开看看…　
到了中午，我们恋恋不舍地离开了首都博物馆。在这次参观中，我对老北京的历史和老北京的风俗有了更深的了解，真是受益匪浅啊！

参观首都博物馆

　　10月13日，我们来到了首都博物馆。一下车，一座气势恢弘的建筑物呈现在眼前，悬挑的屋顶气度不凡，玻璃幕墙晶莹透亮，而一个绣迹斑斑的巨大“怪物”竟然破墙而出，斜倚在幕墙上。

　　走进首都博物馆一楼大厅，迎面便是一座红柱绿檐，高大敞亮的牌楼，上面刻着三个金光闪闪的大字“景德街”，一下子营造出浓浓的老北京味道。牌楼左右两边的展厅别具一格，一个像长方形的巨大“木匣”另一个简直就是青铜鼎，刚才那个破墙而出的怪物，原来就是那巨大展厅的一角。老师说：“青铜鼎是圆厅，“木匣”是方厅。”

　　我们乘着电梯来到圆厅的六层，参观“玉器精品展”。进入展厅，我立刻被那些精美的玉器吸引住了。这里有用来求雨的玉猪龙、盛酒的樽和挠痒痒的如意。最吸引我的还是翠扳指，它浑身闪着 翠绿无暇的光，有瓶盖大小，是清代大太监李连英珍藏的，而且也是皇家才能拥有的。

　　走到五层，我们参观了“书房珍玩精品展”。在这里古代的文房四宝笔墨纸砚样样齐全，还有著名的湖笔端砚，但我的眼睛却盯在了一件件精美的墨盒上。因为这小小的墨盒里还有一个美丽的传说呢。相传古代有一个人去京城赶考，妻子觉得他背着砚台太重了，于是就把自己粉盒里的粉到掉，装上棉花，再把研好的墨到进棉花，书生写字时，只要沾上一点水，就能写字了。这样就发明了中国第一个墨盒。

　　参观完圆厅最后一个展厅青铜器精品展，我们又来到方厅参观“老北京民俗展”。进入一间间不同的展室，展现在眼前的是老北京过年，结婚，祭天……的风俗，那已有上百年历史的老“冰箱”仿佛把我们带到遥远的过去。

　　中午，我们恋恋不舍地离开首都博物馆。在车上我想：首博真是一个历史的长廊，让我们穿越了中华五千年的历史岁月，又回到了现在。

With the crowd, we went to the five layer of ancient jade exhibition hall.
