I learned how to interact with my colleagues as well as serving the customers better. I now understand how to manage my emotion at the workplace.

Most importantly, as a result of the internship, I see the harsh competition within the hotel industry itself, yet I also foresee the prospect of the future development of the industry and make the determination to further my career path.

Though the internship has come to an end, the memory is sweet. The inculcation of the captain and the kindness of my colleagues will be the most precious things that I will treasure forever.
