Drought-and-flood is one the most severe disasters in china, featuring wide spread, high occurrance and tremendous economical demage. though the analysis on documentation and observation data, the interdecadal changes of drought-and-flood in south china show that the yearly and interdecadal changes of China's d-and-f disaster get more and more obvious corresponding to the process of global warming. that is the result of interaction of different air layers over land and see and moonsoonal climate variation in East Asia, also having a close relation with interdecadal changes of East Asia climate system. this paper analyzes the interdecadal changes and causes of d-and-f in south china trough the analysis of documentation.
