翻译如下：

可以用knock sth. down（打倒，撞倒，击落）或knock sth. off（打掉，碰掉，敲掉，撞倒，击倒）
例如：他不小心把玻璃杯弄掉了：He accidentally knocked the glass off.
我把椅子弄倒了：I knocked the chair down.
这两个短语还是有一点细微差别的，knock down强调把东西弄“倒下”，knock off则侧重把东西“打掉”“碰掉”，有“毁坏了”之意
所以上面两个句子可以这么说：
1.如果瓶子只是掉下，用The bottle is knocked down.（也可随意一些：The bottle is down.）
如果想强调瓶子倒下而且打碎了，用The bottle is knocked off.

补充一点：knock sth.over强调把东西“撞翻”，“弄翻”，如果想表达瓶子翻倒了，也可用the bottle is knocked over.不同的语境有不同的表达法，选择最合适的就行，^_^
