一般看电影用see 翻译：I often see films on TV.
但用Watch也可以，watch a movie和see a film 是固定的搭配，属于美式与英式的差别
若说不一样，则是单独区分watch和see的意思吧：

watch 是及物动词，意思是"观看、注视"， 用来指注视移动着的物体，如看电视、看球赛、看戏等。
