[Abstract] With the increasingly improvement of science and technologies, the computer science has become more and more mature with developing popularity of its powerful functions among the human society. And it has extended to all aspects of the human society and plays a more and more significant role therein.
Many developments have been achieved in the field of enterprise management software relevant to managements concerning client recourses, memorandums and equipments. Regarding various enterprise activities, the above managements focus on resources inside an enterprise; that is, the efficiency is improved through improving an enterprise’s level of resources managements, which belongs to a measure of “reducing expenditure”. Regarding the information management outside the enterprise, namely, trade management, belongs to a measure of “broadening sources of income”. To a mature enterprise, not only reducing expenditure, but also broadening sources of income are fundaments for an enterprise’s further development.
The management system performed by said module sufficiently reflects a key flow in the whole process of a company’s trade activities. Other than basic function of “user management”, the above system further provides friendly setting interfaces for sales in domestic market, exports, purchases, sales supervision and management of receipts and expenditures of fees. Moreover, the system provides a convenient search function based on historical information. The application of said system can improve the efficiency of trade activities effectively, reduce expenditures, gain experience and make the enterprise’s management work more expedite and precise.
