本文以我国商业银行利率风险管理机制研究为主线，对利率市场化进程中我国商业银行面临的利率风险管理现况，背景，及未来发展进行了全面分析。理论联系实证的分析我国商业银行利率风险中存在的问题。通过对西方和我国商业银行利率风险管理方法的对比指出了我国具体可行的管理方法。总结全文，针对商业银行利率风险管理中存在的问题进行剖析，提出商业银行利率管理的对策，并提出对未来发展的展望。

my advantage in personnel field is I have fews years experiences on human resources related works. Since 2008, I have been engaged in human resources field , up to now, it has been 10 years to be Recruiter specialists and executive HR specialists.
