a bit 、a little bit、a bit of都表示“一点点，有点儿”的意思，但是用法不同，具体区别如下：
1、a bit表示稍微、有点儿。作副词，表达“程度”时，修饰动词、形容词、副词、介词短语或比较级，a bit 不能直接+名词。
2、a bit of 后面接名词，表示一点或者少量的....，a bit 不能直接修饰名词，应该用 a bit of，为非正式用语。
3、a bit 常可与 a little 换用，但 a bit 较口语化，且从表示的程度上讲，a bit 稍弱于 a little。故有时为了加强语气，在 a bit 中间加上 little。但是Not a little表达“很，非常”，而not a bit的意思是“一点也没有，一点也不”。
