什么叫学习~

学习是透过外界教授或从自身经验提高能力的过程。
行为主义心理学的观点
学习是外在环境刺激引起的行为的变化，要有可观察、可测量的外在变化。古典制约和操作制约的研究。并且以个体获得经验为结果。
认知心理学的观点
学习是内在倾向或能力的变化，内在变化与外显行为并不完全一致。（当然内在的变化还必须由外在的变化来推测），这种变化应是后天经验习得的，不是先天的反应或者生理成熟的作用。这种变化要能保持一段时期。
综合两大学派可以这样来定义学习：学习是因经验而引起的行为或内在倾向与能力较为持久的良性变化。

拓展资料学习最早可追溯至孔子在《论语》中所言：“学而时习之，不亦说乎？”意思是，学了之后及时、经常地进行温习和实习，不是一件很愉快的事情吗？很明显，学习这一复合名词，就是出自孔子的这一名言。
按照孔子和其他中国古代教育家的看法，“学”就是闻、见与模仿，是获得信息、技能，主要是指接受感官信息（图像信息、声音信息及触觉味觉等等信息）与书本知识，有时还包括思想的含义。“学”是自学或有人教你学。“习”是巩固知识、技能的行为，一般有三种含义：温习、实习、练习。
“学”偏重于思想意识的理论领域，“习”偏重于行动实习的实践方面。学习就是获得知识，形成技能，获得适应环境改变环境的能力的过程。实质上就是学、思、习、行的总称。学是指知识和经验的累积，习是指知识和经验的实践。学属知，习属行。中国大儒王阳明曾提倡知行合一。
荀子在《劝学》中说道，“君子曰：学不可以已。”意思是，学习不可以停止，一定要持之以恒。

学习，是指通过阅读、听讲、思考、研究、实践等途径获得知识和技能的过程。学习分为狭义与广义两种：
狭义：通过阅读、听讲、研究、观察、理解、探索、实验、实践等手段获得知识或技能的过程，是一种使个体可以得到持续变化（知识和技能，方法与过程，情感与价值的改善和升华）的行为方式。例如通过学校教育获得知识的过程。
广义：是人在生活过程中，通过获得经验而产生的行为或行为潜能的相对持久为方式。次广义学习指人类的学习。

读书的态度：知识改变命运，知识改变气度。读书肯定是有用的，可以提升个人的修养，修养是长期积累而成的，读书并不需要有很明确的目的。我们已经具备自我学习和自我发展的能力，要对读书重视，观念的转变很重要。
学术的态度：学习本应有严肃的态度，要努力，有自觉的意识，学术水平的高低靠积累，不强调客观，强调人自身的努力，是对个人品质的要求。
