　　As we all know that the eyes are very important for us and it is essential for us too.So It is important for everyone to keep good eyesight. But do you know how to protect your eyesight?

　　First, don't keep your eyes work for a long time. You'd better have a rest by looking in the long distance after you have studied an hour or so.

　　首先，不要让你的眼睛工作太长。你看一看远处来让眼睛休息一下在你学习了一个小时左右后。

　　Secondly, pay attention to the following: Don't read in the sun or in a poor light; don't read in bed or in a moving bus. And when you read you should keep the book away from your eyes for about a foot.

　　第二，注意以下的：不要在太阳底下或者灯光微弱的地方看书。不要在床上或者开着的车上看书。看书的时候应该让眼睛和书保持一英尺的距离。

　　And thirdly, do eye-exercises every day. It will also help you keep good eyesight.

　　If you obey the rules above, I think, you may prevent your eyesight from becoming short-sighted.

　　First of all,we should not keep reading for too much time. Recent researches revealed that relaxing for 5 minutes every an hour’s reading helped resuming our eyesight. Secondly,never read at places where are not bright enough. Reading in the gloom hurts a lot. Thirdly,having eye excises in break time helps relaxing our eyes. Finally,get enough sleeping to let your eyes get a good rest.
