求一篇关于“中国人饮食习惯变化”的英文300字作文~

The period of 1986—1990 saw great changes in the diet of the Chinese. Grain, which used to be the main food of most people in China, is now playing a less important role. On the other hand, the meat and fish has increased rapidly.
The changes in diet can be accounted for by a number of factors. First, people are much wealthier than before. With higher income,they can afford to buy good foods. Another factor is that people have realized the importance of a balanced diet to their health. Lack of certain amount of meat or milk,for example, will result in poor health. Finally, owing to the eeonomic reform, meat, chicken, fish and milk, which were scarce in the past, are produced in large quantities. For all these reasons, what was formerly called "the basket of vegetables" has.
To sum up, insignificant as those changes may seem, they are the signs of the improved economic condition in China. We believe that as long as the effort continuous in reform and opening to the outside world, there will be greater changes in people's diet in the future.

Man multiplied and civilised by changing the environment to suit himself especially by the development of agriculture and industrialization. Our earliest ancestors lived in a rich and competitive world closely tied to environment. They knew the sources of water and use of plants and animals for food and shelter purposes. But they exploited the environment to fulfill their requirements, thus they could not cause excessive damage to environment due to their low population, nomadic way of life and primitive technology.
Throughout time we have exploited nature and its creatures for our own benefit.
We have developed a huge and thriving society; and in the process we deforest huge sections of land for living and livestock grazing. This decreases oxygen and increases carbon dioxide in the atmosphere; possiblyadding to global warming though the greenhouse effect. Modern transportation consume lots of non-renewable fossil fuels that put carbon monoxide, sulfur and nitrogen oxides and other harmful particulates into the atmosphere. This produces dangers like smog and cancer and contributes to global warming.
We only have one earth so, we must take precautions to preserve our environment, such as using recycle, environmental friendly bags instead of plastic bags, which will take years for it to disintegrade, save electricity and water to conserve energy, use public transport to go to work or have a car pool to reduce the production of harmful gases into the atmosphere. We all are the citizen of Earth, so we are responsible to take care of our environment.

how to protect the culture overseas
i think the culture overseas means a lot to us.though it is carry by people who study and live abroad.it is a part of chinese culture.we have the right and responsibility to protect it.
then come the problem how to protect it.at first, i think we should make people realize that how important the culture is.only by this way they will stop to damage it .second,we can hold some activities and shows to announce ,in this way more and more people will join our team.what is more, we can ask the internet for help.the more information we share on line, the more action will be taken to protect our lost culture.at last.the government can set some laws to protect.in a general way,people will obey the law .
i do believe with our effort, our lost culture overseas will find its way to home.what we need do is to do what we can do.even it does not make sense.
