先说一下，这个不是你所谓的 with引导的复合结果从句 ，这是with引导的

宾语和宾补之间是被动和完成的关系。
价格与波动是属于主动关系，还记得价格上涨用 go up 吗？也是用的主动态，

1.价格还在上下波动，因为整个句子的句式是一般现在时。ing 形式表示现在进行或未来
2.价格的波动怎么是被动的呢？ 价格由市场驱动，又不是有人在使它波动，所以它是主动的啊，不知道你是怎么理解的呢？
原句是这样的：the market prices are fluctuating so much that it's hard…
把原因处理成with借词的状语时，看谓语fluctuate，如果它在主句中是被动就转换成"with sth fluctuated …"；如果像这句一样是主动就转换成"with sth fluctuating".
主动不主动不知你说了算的
老美觉得是主动他就是主动
把prices fluctuate打入GOOGLE.COM，有440000条结果，说明美国人们普遍认为这是主动关系
学英语不是学数学
with引导的后面market prices的伴随动作，所以要用ing的形式。应为价格一直在变化。
