It is said in the Bible that once upon a time,humans communicated with each other in one language.So they attempted to build the Babel Tower to communicate with God,only to find such dream was a castle in the air.In the aftermath,humans were trapped into troubles due to the misunderstandings between them.The jealous God plunged us into such bitterness.Even now,people with different races and religions are dragged into endless wars.People are crying and dying!Such consequences are rooted deeply in the lack of communication.Therefore,lack of communication will lead to perish of human beings.

　　 Communication is very important

　　The world we are living in is amazing(令人吃惊的). There are countless living things. How can they live harmoniously(调和地)? The answer is communication.
　　Communication, of course, doesn’t need to be in words. We can talk to each other by a smile, a frown(皱眉), a shrug(耸肩) of our shoulders, and a gesture(手势) with our hands. Shaking hands is a very common gesture, which is performed both on initial(开始的, 最初的) greeting and departure(出发). We know that birds and animals use a whole vocabulary(词汇) of songs, sounds, and movements. Bees dance their signals, flying in certain pattern(模式) that tell other bees where to find nectar(【植】花蜜) of honey(甘美的).
　　Can plants talks? Yes---but not in words. We have reasons to believe that trees do communicate with each other. Not long ago, researcher learned some surprising things. First, a willow(柳树) tree attacked in the woods by caterpillars(毛虫) changes the chemistry of its leaves and made them taste so awful that the caterpillars go disgusted(厌烦地) and stopped eating them. Then, ever more astonishing(令人惊讶的), the tree sent out special vapors(水汽)---an alarm signal stimulating(刺激) its neighbors to change the chemistry of their own leaves and make them less tasty(【口】美味的)
　　Communication is so important in the nature world. As human beings we should communicate with each other to make the earth peaceful.

If communication is a door, then language is the key to it.

假如沟通是一扇门，那么语言就是这扇门的钥匙。、

If the door of communication leads to the dark night, then the key of language will lead you to the bright moon and stars in the sky; If the door of communication leads to an endless desert, then the key of language will lead you to the oasis of birds' singing and flowers' fragrance.

如果沟通的门通向的另一方是漆黑的深夜，那么语言的钥匙便引领着你走向皓月当空，繁星满天；如果沟通的门通向的另一方是一望无际的沙漠，那么语言的钥匙便引领着你走向鸟语花香的绿洲。

How important language is in communication! It is a flash key, so that communication directly to the heart of the people.

语言在沟通中是多么的重要，它是一把闪光的钥匙，使沟通直接到达人的心坎上。

Appropriate language is conducive to family communication. It is true that parents are "looking forward to the success of their children and the success of their women.". However, when a child falls down, whether he or she denounces "what's wrong with useless things" or sends a sentence "this time it's a bit of a blunder, try hard next time" will have the opposite effect.

恰如其分的语言表达，利于亲情的沟通。诚然，父母们都“望子成龙，望女成凤”。然而，当子女跌倒时，是痛斥“没用的东西，怎么搞的”，还是送以一句“这次是有点失策，下回努力”，即会收到截然相反的效果。

When their children eat the forbidden fruit of puppy love, parents solemnly declare: "that can't, absolutely can't", or first say "your mood can be understood by your parents" and then explain it, let alone mention the effect.

当子女摘吃了早恋的禁果时，父母们是郑重声明：“那不行，绝对不行”，还是先说一句“你的心情爸妈能理解”再述之以理，效果更不用提起。

Although the heart of communication is as bright as moonlight, the expression of language makes the effect of communication different. It can be seen that the key of language should be used in family communication.

Great change have taken place in the way of communication in people’s life.
In the past, people kept in touch with each other mainly by writing letters or using the public telephone. But now almost everyone has his own mobile phone. People can communicate with each other almost at any place and at any time. What’s more, people have easy access to the internet, with which they can send and receive e-mails whenever they like. It used to take several days to hear from each other, but now it takes only several minutes, even if they are in different countries.
In a word, people have an easier life nowadays with the development of communication.

The two day weekend  Ever since the change of the two-day weekend, we college students have enjoyed it tremendously. For example, some students spend the time taking part in various social activities. Some go into middle schools to practise teaching. There’s no doubt that the two-day weekend gives us the opportunities for learning from real life as well as from textbooks.

But some students tend to idle away their time. At every weekend, they would go back home located in another city. Some haunt cinemas or go window-shopping and some just stay in bed daydreaming. In their eyes, weekend is only a time for relaxation.
As for me, I’ll not waste the two days that way. Being a law student, I’ll go into the court at the weekend and participate in conducting defense or other activities in the trying of a case. Only by practising can I be fully prepared for my future job.

Great changes in my communication

As I learn more and grow up gradually, I change in many aspects. My teachers say I study harder and my parents say I am more sensible than before. As for me, I want to learn more in school and be a good boy to communicatio. Now, I am more focused on lessons and finish my homework actively. I know that only by working hard in study can I get a bright future. At home, I often help my mother in housework. I want to be more independent so that I can take good care of myself. I don’t want my parents worry too much about me. Besides, I like reading now. I realize books can be my friend, too. It is really interesting.
