Summer is coming, how can we make life more healthy in this summer vacation?
Here is my summer vacation plan.First,we should assure enough sleep,so we have to Early to bed and early to rise.Second,we should keep our diet balance ,so we have to eat more vegetables and fruit.Third,we need to have a healthy body,so we should play sports at least three times a week.And then maybe we can have a travel with our household or friends.we can also watch TV or paly computer games in our free time to have fun.Finally we have to finish our homeworks seriously.

My Plan for Summer Holiday
I have arranged my schedule of his summer holiday. First of all, i will relax myself and take a trip to somewhere beautiful. Beijing is our capital so that it's a good place for my travelling. Secondly, i will visit my grandparents and introducethem the ways of keeping healthy. We should care for my elders in return for their love for me when i was young. Thirdly, i will read more books and go over my lessons. Lastly, i will help my parents with their housework. I do not have time to do housework when i was studying, so summer will be a good chances of doing housework.
To conclude, i will do the above plans accordingly this summer.

First,we should go to bed early and get up early .It`s good for us to keep enough sleep .Also,we can get more energy.What`s more ,we must have a balanced diet and eat regularly.Different kinds of foods can keep us healthy in different ways.It is well worth eating more vegetables and fruits .They can make us healthy.Third ,we should do sports properly.Three times at least a week.Doing sports can make us strong.At last,my plan is going to Beijing with my parents.And we will visit many places of interest.
