不可以加now 一般将来时肯定是以后要做的，那么now是现在的意思，肯定不能用在一般将来时的句子上了！~

也可以说成i'm going swimming
go swimming是固定短语，“去游泳”，而go是短暂性动词，所以不用说成i'm going to go swim.
