Our school holds the sports meeting today.There are a lot of students and they are very happy.The athletes are very nervous. They take part in the high jump,long jump and so on. The competition begins.The students run very fast on the playground.The others are saying come on to their classmates and couraging them. 1、With the improvement of people's material conditions, people have higher demands for living quality. Everyone wants to have a strong body and good living habits.
How can we do that?

  First, get up early and keep doing exercises in the morning every day. It's
a good beginning of the day.

 

  Second, pay attention to daily diet and have balancedfood.It can ensure
your health.

 

  Besides these, the most important thing is to be calm and good-natured.
Hope you will be happy forever。

we found that wild animals' lives expectancy are twice higher than stable
breeding animals .Morever ,It has been confirmed that most of more than hundred yeas old person are all manual works by large amount of data . But how doing excercise can make us stay healthy ?First ,for our bodies ,it can increas the
function of breathe and strethen our digestive systems .Then we will have a good
appetite to eat .Assimilation and digestion can also become better .Though a
long time persisting ,our bodies will become more and more strong and can resist many diseases .What's more long-term exercise takes away our tiredness and make our actions agilely and reaction quikly .It's also an important way to keep our muscles strong .The last ,also one of the most important parts ,exercises can help us keep a good mood all the time .After taking exercises you'll find you
are in an exciting autmosphere ,all parts in your bodies are feeling fresh ,then
you may feel you are in a new world and a big smile burst out natually .Keeping
a good mood is also an useful way to make us stay healthy . What I have said is
hoping everyone could do more exercises to make us stay healthy and remember the best way to stay healthy .

  Exercise can also contribute to improving our mood. When you do exercise,

optimistic.

 

  Exercise will fill your life with various contents and make it more
colorful.

 

  What's more, exercise will help you get rid of your inertia. If you keep
doing exercise regularly, you will never be a lazy person. Therefore, exercise
has great effect on one's character.
