Firstly,happiness means running through every day with relaxed attitude.Never be much too serious on everthing,just face it with a pleasant state of mind.Secondly,happiness means seeing other people happy.When you are with your friends,you can tell some jokes to them to let them cheer up,meanwhile,you feel happy as well.Thirdly,happiness lies in giving help to others.When someone is in difficult situation,you show your help without any reward,however,you get the happiness and your heart of gold is growing up.
Of course,the secret of happiness is not only these,and there are much waiting for your searching.
事实上,幸福到处都有,但并不是所有的人都知道如何找到它.对我而言,我有自己的秘诀.
首先,幸福 意味着以轻松的态度度过每一天.不要遇事太过较真,而是从容豁达.其次,幸福意味着看到别人的快乐.当与朋友们在一起时,你可以讲几个小笑话来让大家开心,同时,你自己也会开心.最后,幸福在于给人以帮助.但他人遇到困难时,你不求回报的帮助他,会使自己开心,因为你的善良之心正在滋长.
当然,幸福的秘诀不只于此,还将有更多的方法待人去挖掘.望采纳!
Happiness is anything, the different person has the different answer. Each people want happiness, but was not all people feels happiness. I thought that happy is in the life one kind of feeling, one kind of feeling of satisfaction. For example: When by good result through test, I will feel happiness. weekend can have a long lazy sleep, I will also think happiness. When my actions teacher are understood by schoolmate accepts the support, the happy heart will fill the whole body. The academic society feels the life attentively, happy can arrive at side naturally you. happy pays the joy, on the life path overcomes the setback one by one, turns head looked passes through the road, looks that the difficulty which crosses, the happy heart is arisen spontaneously one by one. the happiness is the academic society satisfies.幸福是什么，不同的人有不同的答案。每个人都想要幸福，但不是所有人都感觉到了幸福。我认为幸福是生活中的一种感受，一种满足感。例如：以较好的成绩通过考试时，我会感觉幸福。
周末能够睡个懒觉，我也会觉得幸福。当我的所作所为被同学老师理解接受支持时，幸福感会充满全身。学会用心感受生活，幸福自然会来到你身边。
幸福还是付出的快乐，人生道路上克服一个一个的挫折，回头看走过的路，看着那一个一个被越过的困难，幸福感油然而生。
幸福是学会满足。
Happiness is the most precious thing in the world, which can be obtained in different ways.
From my point of view, being in a good mood anytime and anywhere is the first thing for those who want to be happy. There is an old saying going like this, "happy is he who is content." I can't agree with it any more. I still remember a story my mother told me when I was a child. A millionaire tried every means to seek after pleasure but to feel unhappy. It's not unique, but has its counterpart that poor men to whose name not having a thing always feel happy. Why are they so different? The answer is that the rich is being thinking how he can gain more while the poor is satisfied with what he owns at hand-health, freedom, love and so on.
Furthermore, love makes great difference to happiness. If you have love in your heart, you will have happiness in your life. Love consists of two parts, one is to love others, and the other is to be loved by others. Lei Feng set a good example for all of us. He served the people wholeheartedly until the last minute of his life. He regarded serving the people as the happiest thing. There are numbers of similar inspirational stories to be found. In addition, being loved by others can also lead you to happiness. Courage from your parents when frustrated, care from your lover when ill, help from your friends when in trouble… all of these will make you the happiest person in the world.
The last but not least is to act happily. Putting on a happy face and thinking interesting things are helpful to trigger happy feelings.
Wile happiness is precious, it is easy to get.
什么是幸福？一万个人肯定有一万个谜底。幸福有无数种，每个人都有每个人的不同。
我总结的，幸福是为自己努力准备的礼物。用心去感受去接纳去品味。是一种恬静，淡雅，精神境界。幸福不用定义，但能身入其中。
