Visiting the Great WallThere is a famous saying,"He who doesn't reach the Great Wall is not a true man."this morning my classmates and I got up very early.We went to the Great Wall by bus.On our way to the Great Wall,we saw many tall buildings on each sides of the road.About two hours later,we arrived at Great Wall.when the Great Wall appeared in front of us ,we couldn't help crying,"what a wonderful sighe it is!How great it is!"when we walked on the Great Wall,we felt very proud because it's the longest wall in the world.Today it has become a place of interest to the people all over the world.
Of all the sports,I like table-tennis best.I think it is not only a sport but also an art,because it is a game that needs strength and skill.
Some people think that playing table-tennis needs little strength,but I don't think so.In playing table-tennis,we should judge the direction of the ball,and hit it back with great strength so that we can win the game.At the same time we need to pick up the ball which falls to the ground.So after one game you will be very tired if you have tried your best.
Though I can't play it very well,I still show great interest in it.I think playing table-tennis can build our bodies,keep us healthy and train our brains.What's more,it an help us to learn to co-operate with each other.So I like it very much.
Through our whole life, we get help from kind people. They show up when they're in need and get us through many troubles. For me, Lola is someone like that. She's my best friend as well as an excellent teacher, for she helped me a lot with my study. She's the one who stays with me when I'm really upset. Once I had a bad day, and was shutting people out, claiming to want people leave me alone. But Lola came by and sat with me quietly without a word. Instead of asking for reasons or scolding me for being such a baby, she kindly comforted me. I am always grateful for what she has done for me. She's the kindest people I've seen, and there're always lots of kind people just being around us without being noticed, I'm sure of it.
