I had a very busy day last Sunday.I ate breakfast after I get up,then I did my homework in the morning and watched TV at noon.Then in the afternoon,I finished my homework and played computer games before dinner.I ate dinner at 7 o'clock.After that,I went out to play basketball for about two hours,then I watched TV again till I go to bed.I really had a busy Sunday,but I enjoyed it!

In China, the food prices in the multiple fast food restaurants like KFC, Mcdonald's are always a little expensive than the small privately owned restaurants. Even they are more expensive, but prices would never be more than double. In Sydney this thing is just the opposite. And I would also very much like to learn the skill of diving. I found that some people can dive into the water head over heel so easily and gracefully. But In my case, I feel stiff and my body always go sideway transversely when touching the surface of the water.

In a nutshell,Chicken,beef,and lamb consumptions fluctuated more or less.Yet fish
consumption was stable,though it was always the least.

I first learned English in primary school in Hong Kong, and I left Hong Kong for England when I was only 16. I carried on learning ever since. My children and grandchildren were all born in the UK. My daughter-in-law is also English. Therefore, I have to speak English all the time. It has become my first language and my second mother tongue. But because I lost my hearing when I was very young. I wasn't able to learn English very well. In fact I can't hear the TV. I need to turn on the subtitle everytime when I watch it. Otherwise I dont know what they were talking about. I misunderstand people all the time when talking to them. That is why I am still not perfect with my English. My children and grandchildren sometimes still think that my English is very funny. So basically, after 46 years living in the UK, I am still learning!!

On saturday morning I had a coversation with my grandma about exercise and health. I told her excersice was very important for health. But she apparently had an oppsite view on this and said 'I nerver did any excercise when I was in my school, but I had no problem with my heath. I didn't have time to do any exercise either after I started my work, I still managed a healthy body. Now I am retired and I still don't do anything can be called exercise, as you can see, I am fit and feel very well'. 'But you keep walking almost all the time everyday' I said.
'Walking is walking, it is not an exercise' answered grandma.
'it is. Grandma. Look, you are keeping walking even when you are chatting with me'.I angued.

'If you believe this is an exercise, then you can do the same.' murmured grandma.

'Keep walking in the room?'I asked.
'Yes,why not?' insisted grandma.
'No, I would like to do proper exercise, I will start next week and I will go to the gym everyday after school' I suggested.
'Going to gym everyday? that will cost money!' commented grandma.
'Yes, but it is worth ' I confirmed.
'Why don't you just walk up and down in such a big room? It is exercise as you just insisted and you don't have to spend a penny. asked grandma in a louder voice.
