Last week, a sports meeting was held in my school's playground. It was very great that many people attended and enjoyed it. There were many kinds of sports, such as relay-race,jumping,swimming and basketball. I didn't take part in the any sport, but I went cheering for my classmates. I think it was a wonderful and enjoyable time for us.

My Favourite Sport
Like others,I like sports.I usually do sports in my spare time.and as a result,it has done good to me.I am strong and in good spirits.But of all the sports,badminton is my favorite.It's very interesting and I can play it at anytime anywhere,and I don't feel very tired after playing.Playing badminton for one hour or two is my daily exercise.Sometimes I do it with my classmates,and sometimes just with my father.He is a badminton lover too.He often says that badminton can not only build up one's body,but also develop one's reaction ability.I am for it.Friends,what about you? Do you like badminton either?

Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. By taking exercise, we can relax our body and mind. At the same time, we can harden our muscle and have a good figure. If we don't take exercise for a long time, we may easily fall sick.
I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my favorite. Because there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty, I prefer to swim in the sea.
Playing badminton is also fun. I can always find a place in the park for playing badminton. Besides, I enjoy jogging in the morning. Sometimes, I jog with my parents in the park.

运动对我们的健康有益。只工作不娱乐使人愚钝。借着做运动，我们可以放松我们的身体和心灵。与此同时，我们可以锻炼我们的肌肉，并具有良好的形象。如果我们很长一段时间没有锻炼，我们可以很容易生病。我很喜欢户外运动。在海里游泳是我最喜欢的。因为有太多的人在游泳池中，导致水总是脏兮兮的，所以我喜欢在海里游泳。打羽毛球也很有趣。我总是在公园打羽毛球。此外，我喜欢在早上跑步。有时，我和我的父母在公园慢跑。

My favourite sports(我最喜欢的运动）
My favourite sports is playing badminton.Because not only is it good for our health,but also we can commuicate with our friends by this sports.I fell in love with it since I was 10 years old ,and I play it twice a week. But as a student ,I have a big project to do ,which is study,so I do not join any groups at preasent. I hope there will be a chance for me to play badminton whenever I want!

As time goes by, sports are playing a more and more important role in people’s modern life.
People all over the world take part in different kinds of sports, such as football, basketball, walking, swimming and so on. They also like to watch sports matches. Besides, sports stars are very popular with people, especially young students.
There are sports matches nearly every day in the world, but the most important and famous are the Olympic Games held every four years. In the 2008 Olympic Games held in Beijing, athletes like Phelps and Bolt attracted the attention of people all over the world.
As we all know, sports can keep us healthy, so now we students are encouraged to take exercise for an hour every day, and in this way we can learn more efficiently.
