I was born in Luoyang, a beautiful city which is also known as the ancient capital of China. But today I’ll tell you some special things about it.As we all know that Luoyang is located in north of Luo river and it has a profound history. The history of Luoyang has five thousand years. Some people called Luoyang as the origin of Chinese culture. It’s the first country which was entirely designed by people. Luoyang is the first place that used the imperial examination system. On the other way Luoyang is a place that the Silk Road and the Grande Canal intersection of Sui and Tang Dynasties. Luoyang also has many historical interests such as Longmen Grottoes. At the same time, Luoyang was regarded as the peony’s hometown. Every year in the spring, when the peony blooms, people from all over the world will come here to see it. It let people feel fragrant when peony is opened.
Not only Chinese people, foreign visitors are deeply fond of Luoyang as well. The American city planner said Luoyang was the best place for people to live in the ancient years.
For many young ladies Luoyang is a good place to taste some delicious food. Shuixi is the most famous traditional food in Luoyang. It includes more than one hundred dishes. Every dish has their own characteristic.
