应该是他说他已经打破了盘子，has broken表示的是过去完成时，但是翻译的时候不必将过去讲出来，这样有些奇怪。
that可以省略的，在名词性从句中，that引导主语，表语，同位语从句的时候是不能省略的，但是如果引导宾语从句的时候可以省略，如果是两个或两个以上的宾语从句，第一个that可以省略，其他的是不能省略的。He told me he had finished his work and that he would go home.
