下面的图层在底层，上面的图层在顶层，图层是一层层摞起来的，就像叠好的衣服一层层摞起来一样，可以通过操作把下面的抽出来放在上面，也可以把上层的移动到下面。图层是可以随便移动的。用鼠标可以拖动的。
是选取之后，按CTRL+T自由变换肯定会是这样的，你要想变换选区的话，应该到选择菜单里找到(变换选区)再作变换，或者在选区里面，右键找到(变换选区)命令。
