WISH后不可以直接加形容词！
wish 改hope 是对的,因为wish 后面要跟虚拟语气的句子.而hope后面是跟陈述语气的句子.例,

I wish you would be better soon and could play games with us.
"wish"通常表示一种祝福或个人意愿,后面用虚拟语态比较好吧.另外祝人身体健康的话通常不会直接说"be healthy"~
