B,一般情况下，在疑问句中是应该用anything的，但是，在这一题中，语境较为特殊，“我可以为你做点什么吗？”，用something更能体现你帮助别人是乐意之至。

thing 类词，定语后置
意思是一样的，感情色彩两个都是否定句，没什么不同。语气都是一样的。
1、anything是可以用在问句中的，而nothing不可以。
2、在陈述句中，这两个都是可以用的，但是用法是有区别的。
用法如下：动词否定式＋anything动词肯定式＋nothing（nothing是否定的词语，所以必须用动词肯定式）。
anything是指用以叙述可能存在或可能发生的一项事物或事件，或用以叙述某一特定类别中的各项事物或事件，主要用于疑问句、否定句或条件从句中代替something，意为任何东西，任何事情绝对不。
3、anything用作主语时，谓语动词用单数形式，其代词也用单数（it)。
4、anything不能置于否定词前。

后者是我认为你没有能力做任何事。
后者是对对方能力的否定，是更为不好的说法。
