“正处级” 用英文怎用说？

"正科级,正处级,正局级,正部级"等这些词,用英语怎么说~

什么级别的干部这是中国特色的东西，英语里没有直接对应的词，只有什么长的职务头衔。这些也没有官方翻译，因为你就是翻了老外也不理解啥意思。实在要给老外解释，只能说“拥有某级待遇”或直接说“某级干部”，科级“chief staff member”，处级“section chief rank”，局级“department head rank”，部级“minister rank”。这些只是翻给国内看的，在国外没有统一名称，自己人糊弄自己人的。

中国人理解的某级干部实际上是指享受某级待遇的干部，比如正处级调研员，“调研员”才是正式头衔，“正处级”只是说ta享受处级待遇，但并不是处长。因此要翻出意思的话就成了“researcher who enjoys section chief's befefits”，老外倒是容易理解了，可就该觉得咱们好笑了。所以这种中国特色的东西不好翻。
