I like sports
Of all the sports,I like table-tennis best. I think it is not only a sport but also an art, because it is a game that needs strength and skill.
Some people think that playing table-tennis needs little strength, but I don't think so. In playing table-tennis, we should judge the direction of the ball, and hit it back with great strength so that we can win the game. At the same time we need to pick up the ball which falls to the ground. So after one game you will be very tired if you have tried your best.
Though I can't play it very well, I still show great interest in it. I think playing table-tennis can build our bodies, keep us healthy and train our brains. What's more, it an help us to learn to co-operate with each other. So I like it very much.
I like sports, because doing sports is really a good thing. Firstly, it helps me keep healthy. Exercise is one of the most active and effective means to enhance the physical health. Secondly, doing sports is a good way to relax. When you are upset, sport may pull you out from depression. Finally, it’s easier to make friends while take part in sport activities, because you have the same interest. It’s important for making friends. All in all, I get a lot from sports. 我喜欢体育运动，因为参加体育运动是一件很好的事情。首先，它能帮助我保持健康。体育锻炼是增强体质的最积极、有效的手段之一。其次，锻炼是一种很好的发送方式。当你烦恼的时候，运动能把你从失落里拯救出来。最后，在体育运动中更容易交到朋友，因为你们有共同的兴趣爱好，这对交友来说是很重要的。总的来说，通过体育运动，我得到了许多。
Taking exercise is good for our health. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. By taking exercise, we can relax our body and mind. At the same time, we can harden our muscle and have a good figure. If we don't take exercise for a long time, we may easily fall sick.I enjoy several outdoor sports. Swimming in the sea is my favorite. Because there are too many people in a swimming pool and the water is always dirty, I prefer to swim in the sea.
Playing badminton is also fun. I can always find a place in the park for playing badminton. Besides, I enjoy jogging in the morning. Sometimes, I jog with my parents in the park.
