这很简单的，过去完成时就是在以前的一个时间段你做了一件事。例如I have watched a film with my friend last week.过去完成时就是强调过去这一动作的完成。强调在过去某个时间你做了一件事的这一动作，而过去式只是陈述过去发生了的事。这就好比你和同学吵架，老师着重强调是你先引起的，老师的这一强调就是过去完成时的一个外化表现。

八年级好像只学了：过去进行时和现在完成时！
过去进行时：过去时刻对应正在发生的事情。what were you dong an this time yesterday ?
现在完成时：强调过去和现在的联系，包括两点联系：1，发生过的的事情活动做对现在的影响。2，过去发生没有结束的事情或动作对现在的影响。 e.g:I have read the book.(重点强调，这本书不但看过，而且还有一定了解！} I have learnt english for 3 years.= I have been learning english for 3 years.{强调动作过去发生没有结束一直持续到现在}。
