不可以。因为梦想是将来要做的事，所以要用不定式表示将来。而动名词只表示一贯性的动作。如下面的两个例子。
My job is teaching .
My wish is to teach .
这里环游世界是宾语，travel是动词，不能做宾语，所以用travelling
加ing应该是现在进行时了 意思是我的梦想是旅游世界 就是将来时 那就应该是my dream is will travel around the world
travelling更好一些。因为一句话一般是一套主谓，只能有一个谓语动词。is是be动词，所以本局中已经有一个了一个谓语成分。再要接必须用非谓语成分 即动名词或者to do结构
在第一种is 后面加that这样看起来舒服～直接写也是对的
my dream is travelling around the world
