这些都是很基础的肯定句和否定句之间的转换。
有be动词的在be动词后加not，无be动词的，在实意动词前加助动词do（根据语境改变时态）+not，并把后面的动词变成原形。

Her mother doesn`t write rules for her.
1、改成否定句：
根据句子意思，选择恰当的双重否定词;
替换或删去原句中“要、得(děi)、都、应该、只好、一定、必须、肯定”等词语;
删去原句中“很、非常、十分、分外、更加”等表示程度深的词语;
检查改后的句子是否读得通顺。
2、改成反问句：
将肯定句中的肯定词（是、能、会等）改为否定词（不是、不能、不会等）。
将否定句中的否定词（不是、不能、不会等）改为肯定词（是、能、会等）。
在肯定词或否定词前面加上“怎、怎么、难道、岂”等反问语气词。
句尾加上疑问助词“呢、吗”等，句末的句号改为问号。
1、陈述句：陈述句是用来描述一个事实。日常生活中使用的大部分句子都是陈述句。在陈述句中动词在第二位。第一位可以是主语，也可以是状语，还可以是宾语。而不管句子怎么变，动词(或者助动词)总是在第二位。主语的位置则总是在动词的两边，要么在第一位，要么在第三位。当出现助动词或情态动词时，助动词或情态动词在第二位，行为动词在最后一位。
2、反问句：反问句就是用疑问的句式，表达肯定的观点。反问句表面看来是疑问的形式，但实际上表达的是肯定的意思，答案就在问句之中。反问的形式比一般的陈述句语气更加强烈，更能引起人们的深思与反思。反问句是修辞手法中的一种。
3、否定句：表示否定的句子。必须有否定词，古代汉语中否定词可以副词是"不"、"弗"、"毋"、"勿"、"未"、"否"、"非"，可以是动词如"无"。
4、双重否定句：双重否定是否定两次，即表示肯定的意思，但必须有否定的意义在里面。双重否定句语气比肯定句更为强烈。起到不容置疑的`进一步的肯定。加强了肯定的效果。双重否定从字面上就知道，是一句话中有两个否定词语，加强了肯定的意思。双重否定句是相对于单纯否定句而言的，它用否定加否定的形式，表达肯定的语意。一般的语法书普遍认为，双重否定句的作用是加强语气。

1.谓语是Be动词，直接在后加Not。
