My lifestyle
My lifestyle is (very healthy). I get up at 6 o'clock in the morning(,) then I (do some exercising). I exercise every day because that is good for my health. (I have a regulated eating habit,because I like eating vegetables and fruits. I have vegetables in my meals every day and eat fruits) three or four times a week. Vegetables and fruits are good for my health therefore I try (to eat them as much as possible). I sleep 8 hours (everyday so i have enough energy to study and play.) I believe my healthy lifestyle can help me to study better.
My favourite hero is Jian ming- wang.He has a round face and dark hair .He is the horner of taiwan.
when he was a boy,he was very interested in baseball.so he is very enjoy as a pitcher on school team .his parents didn't agreen with him to be a player,but he didn't want to give up. So he kept practing his pitching and gradually got better.
now he is a strating pitcher fot U.S mojor league baseball team new york .he had become a sports hero througnout the rest of the worle.he is my favourite hero!
