内 容 大 纲：本剧是以一位学艺股长，Jack，在处理事情时所抱持的态度 "拖拖拉拉" 且事先并不作任何计画，只是做到那想到那，以致一事未平又生一事，他的教室布置让他的导师不满，甚至后来的海报也一样，而这种做事不积极的态度和事先不作完善计画的事方法，也是时下年轻人常的毛病，希望本剧能给同学们一个警惕的对象。
Mr. Collins: OK! Our academic assistant in this semester is Jack. Please give him a big hand. Well, Jack, your first job is to decorate our classroom. Can you do it well?
Jack: Sure! I think it wouldn't be so hard, and I will try my best.
Mr. Collins: I believe you can do it very well. Please don't let me down.
(Three days later)

Mr. Collins: Jack, how is your work? I didn't see anything changed.
