全国小学生英语竞赛一年几次~

　　全国小学生英语能力竞赛（National English Contest for Primary Students，简称 NECPS）,每年举办一次。竞赛形式分初赛及决赛，一般在每年的4月中旬进行初赛，5月中旬进行决赛。竞赛级别分四个级别：低年级组（一、二、三年级）、四年级组、五年级组、六年级组。

　　全国小学生英语能力竞赛是目前我国小学英语唯一的全国性学科竞赛，是全国性的小学英语教学的评价手段和重要的激励机制。主办单位有 国际英语外语教师协会，中国英语外语教师协会和国家基础教育实验中心外语教育研究中心。

根据2008年赛题调查问卷的反馈信息，对2010年的赛题进行如下改革：1、低、四年级组赛题笔试部分的第一题“单词、短语”由原来的10小题加为15小题（增加5道翻译题）；2、低、四年级组赛题笔试部分的 “单项选择”题调整为10分；3、五、六年级组赛题将“单项选择”调整为10分；4、原“翻译填空”部分增加5道小题，更全面考查学生对单词和短语的掌握情况。决赛口试试题将加大对学生的语音、语调的考查以及他们运用语言的能力。每年级组口试试题均为10套，与决赛试卷一起寄至各省（自治区、直辖市）竞赛组委会。初中同样进行。 2012年(第14届)全国小学生英语竞赛（NECPS）通知全国小学生英语竞赛是经教育部有关部门同意举办的目前我国小学英语唯一的全国性学科竞赛，是我国小学英语教学的一项重要的评价手段和激励机制。本竞赛旨在落实第四次全国教育工作会议精神，贯彻《义务教育法》和《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》，在外语学科实施素质教育，评估全国小学英语教育教学水平，大面积提高小学英语教学质量。本竞赛根据教育部有关中小学教育教学质量监控和中小学生学业成绩检测精神，深化小学英语教学方法和测试方法改革，全面培养我国小学生的英语素质，激发小学生学习英语的兴趣，激励在小学英语教与学上成绩优秀的师生。 竞赛时间：初赛全国统一时间：2012年4月22日（星期日）9:00-10:00决赛全国统一时间：2012年5月20日（星期日）9:00-10:00 全国总决赛暨夏令营时间：2012年7月（以正式通知为准）奖励办法：本次竞赛设全国一等奖、二等奖和三等奖，全部为师生同奖，全国优秀组织奖颁发给竞赛组织工作成绩突出的各级组织单位和个人。全国一、二、三等奖获奖学生及其指导老师将获得由全国竞赛组委会颁发的荣誉证书。表彰活动：2012年暑假期间将举办2012年全国小学生英语竞赛全国总决赛暨全国小学生英语夏令营，选手从2012年全国小学生英语竞赛全国奖的学生中择优推荐。在全国总决赛期间将举办全国小学生英语故事大赛、全国小学生英语短剧大赛、全国小学生英语风采大赛和英语学习经验交流等活动。特别奖励：2012年全国小学生英语竞赛全国总决赛获奖选手除颁发证书外，2012年全国小学生英语故事大赛一等奖奖金500元，2012年全国小学生英语短剧大赛一等奖团体奖金1000元。大赛报名工作全面展开，有意参赛的学校或个人请到组委会办公室或授权报名处咨询报名。 2015年全国小学生英语竞赛（NECPS）通知
