英语一直是我最喜欢的学科并且学得很好。我想与你们共享四个良好的（英语）学习习惯。
首先，（每天）记二十个生词，不要放弃；其次经常复习在英语课堂上所学的语法要点；第三，每天阅读《中国日报》上的一篇文章；第四，每周写一篇英语作文，请老师批改以提高我的写作水平。
如果你按照上面的去做的话，肯定你的英语也有所提高。

And during these years have you ever come into（遇到不能用meet） some troubles that make（复数） you feel upset in your career?

And it（形式主语） may not easy to take care of..
Wu, how do you keep balance between your family and your（你的，宾格） career? We know sometimes they are contradictory.

And how do you measure student performance in your class（班上的，不用教室的）…yes personally I m really care about this question .
In your opinion, what is the biggest challenge（单数就行） that teachers face today?
Emm,well some of us want to be a teacher（教师作一种职业时用单数）in the fulture,or some would step onto the position today you standing at（定语）.
So,can you give us some advice（不可数） on how to be a good teacher ? Tell us a little about your （不要student） teaching experiences.

第五行 an English teacher;
第六行句子不太好，应该说 Have you ever met some trouble that makes you upset about your career since you became a teacher(或者不说since后面的直接说these years)?
第十四行 意思是你如何计划你的课程？是么。。。是的话 那么应该说 How you plan your lessons?
第十五行 不太明白你是什么意思 ，不过应该是 And how you measure students'performance in your class ~
第十七行 what is the biggest challenge that teachers face today?
第十八行 第二个逗号后面 应该为 and maybe some will step onto the position that you stand at today 好一点吧~
接下来， So, can you give us some advice (不可数名词)...Tell us some of your teaching experiences.
接下来这句，about 应该用 of
再接下来这句，pleasure 是个名词，不能用来修饰名词啊！换一个，nice 或者happy 都好啊~
倒数第二行这句 改为Wish you good luck in your future undertaking!
最后一句我不懂你要表达什么意思丫，不过thank you 后面要用for doing 的形式的~
