notice和inform的区别
简单的说，inform就是告知的意思，我经常写邮件会用：
I will inform u later once the sample is available.
样品有了我再通知你。
notice,多表示注意到，
You are wearing a new dress today, I haven't noticed it this morning.
你穿了新裙子阿，我今天早上居然没注意到。
