As the development
the Internet, today we live in the high-tech world, we can have access
to all kinds of high-tech products, such as TV, computer and so on. The
Internet makes the world smaller, we can know the instant news quickly.
years ago, we only have TV and radio to get the news, but now, we
have computer and cellphone. We call such product the mass media. The
mass media brings people a lot of fun, we can know the news from all
over the world, we are not just depending on the traditional media. Now
the government takes some action to clear the departments, the citizens
can supervisor the official. If people find the officials take the
advantage of the government’s resource, they can use the media to expose
such behavior. Mass media is welcomed by the audience, people not only
know more about the world, but also can supervisor the government.

  如今,大众传媒已经与整个社会深深地结合在一起,成为现代社会的重要舆论载体、信息载体、文化传播载体和一种主要的文化存在方式。它包括报纸、杂志、图书、电影、电视、广播、网络等,作为一种向社会传送信息的行业,已经渗透进了人类生活的各个领域。它传播迅速,覆盖面广,渗透力强,对于政府的决策的宣传、社会道德伦理的建构及对于人们的价值取向和生活方式的重塑都具有不可轻视的影响力,尤其是对儿童,大众传媒这把“双刃剑”无时无刻不在发挥着重要作用。 儿童对外部世界充满好奇,迫切希望获得新知识,了解新信息,成为被社会认同的一员,因此,他们成了现代大众传媒最热心的读者、听众和观众。从生活方式到处世方式,从价值观到情感交流,小到穿衣戴帽,大到世界观,人生观的形成,大众传媒为他们提供了众多的信息及分析、解释的道理。 以先进科学技术为基础的大众传媒特别是互联网络,为儿童社会性发展提供了现代化的物质手段,极大地改善了儿童的知识、道德教育的物质条件,丰富了教育的内容,达到省时、省力、低投入高产出的效果。如传统的课堂教学运用了电视、录音、录像、投影等传媒形式,增强了吸引力,大大提高了儿童社会性发展的效率和效果,还有电视、报刊、网络的应用,出现了不受时间和空间限制的远程教学和网上教育,这种教育不仅变传统的被动式接受“灌输”教育为互动式、引导式的宣传教育,而且变传统的单纯语言表达为借助声音、图像、动画等多传媒手段形象的表达,加深了印象,强化了效果。 大众传媒娱乐活动的多样性赋予儿童乐观向上的生活观念,使他们能在娱乐中忘记烦恼,这为儿童提供了宽松和谐的生活环境,使他们的生活色彩多样化,而且大众传媒为儿童提供了更广阔的生活空间,各种文化场所与虚拟的网络世界为儿童提供了更多的交往机会,尤其是电子化生活已成为儿童所追求的时尚,并且开始处于上升的趋势,电脑与网上世界对儿童具有极大的吸引力,网络对于儿童来说,最重要的不是一种信息收集渠道,而更多的是一种交友娱乐方式。 大众传媒传播信息的速度快、容量大,使得大众传媒上的信息丰富多彩,浩如烟海,为儿童学习研究提供了大量的资料,开拓了他们的眼界,丰富了他们的生活,但是这些信息良荞不齐,各种信息都可能存在,真实的和虚假的、科学的和愚昧的、健康的和污秽的、先进的和落后的信息同时并存,广大儿童如果有意无意地浏览了其中的一些不良信息,就可能会产生极坏的影响。尤其是互联网络的发展,不仅形成了影响力强大的虚拟环境,而且使得国内文化和西方文化直接发生碰撞和激荡,特别是世界观、价值观、人生观尚在形成,求知欲、探索欲十分强烈的儿童,很容易受其负面影响。受大众传媒的影响,部分儿童会或多或少的染上一些青春文化病,主要表现在享乐主义的物质文化取向。而且大众文化的世俗性使儿童的审美趣味走向低俗,儿童审美的低俗化在儿童审美对象的选择上表现为古典严肃的文学艺术受到冷落,通俗浅薄的文学作品在儿童中流行,牛仔裤、文化衫成为时尚;在审美方式上,他们追求浅显直接,更愿意从诗歌走向对话,从交响乐走向通俗歌曲,从学术专论走向随笔漫谈。这些严重弱化了大众传媒对儿童社会性发展的积极影响。 因此,面对大众传媒这把“双刃剑”,无论是社会、家庭、学校以及儿童本身都应理性看待,以求得到大众传媒给儿童及社会带来更多积极影响。
