Everyone learning English knows what a white lie means, but since it is a lie, it has always been a controversial topic. A case in point is when a patient is suffering an incurable illness, should the doctor or the other people inform the patient of the truth?
　　People who against this insist that the patients should be informed the true information about their illness, so that they can make proper decision according to their health. And the laws entitle people to know the truth which concerns themselves, so telling them a lie in fact invades their legal right.
　　Contrary to the above belief, some people hold that a white lie is t acceptable. They worry about that if the patient was told the true about their condition, it will risks destroying their hope, which will make the situation even worse, they might refuse to receive treatment or commit suicide. Therefore, we should keep the true to ourselves。
　　As far as I’m concerned, whether people should tell a white lie or not depends on what kind of person the patient is. If the patient has a strong will to live and has positive attitude, telling them the truth will be helpful to the treatment. But if the patient is the opposite, we had better not do so. To conclude, no matter the white lie is acceptable nor not, we should keep in mind that the information should be conveyed in a humane way.

The day,August 18th,should have been the most exciting day in 2008.However,it has been the saddest and most astonishing day.
Liu Xiang,who once was a world recoder keeper,got out of the match which was expected by all Chinese people.At that moment,the whole world shocked.
Liu Xiang cried.I thought he must be the poorest man that day.Because of the injured foot,he missed the most important match in his life.Besides,he shouldered the whole people*s expectation.But he couldn‘t make their dream come true.
However,we should know tomorrow is another day.We must support Liu Xiang.

heres my newest story i hope you and your readers enjoy Gimp walked into the delivery room to see his newborn son, the doctor was standin there holding the little baby in his arms, Mr Gimp I have extrordinary news for you, you see your son can fly...now Gimp was not a stupid man so he doubted the mental state of this doctor, but the doctor claimed that he could prove it so he let the doctor try, the doctor then threw the baby across the room, it hit the wall with a THUD and slid to the floor, Gimp could not believe what the doctor had just done, as he was about to hit the doctor, the doctor said that he could prove it, the doctor then grabbed the boy and held him high and dropped him to the floor, of course the boy hit the floor again, Gimp was furious, he was pretty much killing his only son, the doctor then told him to wait and this time he promised that he would fly, he opened the window and dropped his son out the window, the baby fell 6 stories and made a mess on the sidewalk. The doctor then turned to the Gimp and said, I am just messing with you, your son was born dead...

They changed their music, they're style, and all that stuff just to fit into the emo scene, and because its in. That's so pathetic, really. I really used to like their old stuff. I means - just look into the bandpics ... compare the old ones with the new ones - notice anything? :\ - On Lostprophets

RIP lostprophets is what I thought today when I saw they turned emo. So fucking sad & pathetic they are now.

Comments like the above pisses me off to no end. Do people think before they let out their opinion?

To the first quote: What excatly is the 'emo scene'? Or are people using the word 'emo' to make themselves sound like they know what they're talking about? "Wow they're so emo now, they used to be so awesome, but now, they're just...emo". Haha. No. Stop using 'emo' to label bands just because you don't like their music.

Second quote: Fucking sad and pathetic because they turned 'emo'? If 'emo' is supposed to be short for 'emotional', then aren't all bands 'fucking sad and pathetic'? Wow, it's ignorant how people judge a band by their looks and music videos. Say, if Eminem got a supposingly 'emo' haircut, would you compare him with MCR? If it's their music that you're saying it's 'emo', then I guess I'm on the right track. If not, you've lost me.

Third quote: Atreyu = metal/screamo. Not 'emofagcore'. Just say they suck, no need to use those terms to make you sound like a smart ass.

Fourth quote: Since when are pussies associated with 'emo'? Is it because 'emo kids' look like dykes? I guess that's a look, not music.

Fifth quote: Looks don't make music. Looking like 'emo/scene people' doesn't lower their ability to make good music.

What does 'emo' really means? Most people say it's short for 'emotional' [music], many people say it's used to describe people that slit their wrists and whine about how much their life sucks and how they dye their hair black and (guys) shave their legs and look faggy [posers], some people say it was used back in the 80's or 90's as a term to describe bands such as Rites of Spring but later on stolen by MTV, and MTV decided to label bands such as Taking Back Sunday, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco etc 'emo' because it sounds more appealing than 'pop punk'[tag]. Then, you get people like me who thinks 'emo' is a typo, the intended word was 'emu'[ghey]. JFK.

Then you've got people who use the term to describe different types of music, but they've forgotten the obvious meaning, and decided that 'emo bands are gay'.
And then, you've got people that decides to hate on 'emo kids' because they look ghey and are gay. And people automatically assume the music 'emo kids' listen to are 'emo', which is then, obviously, also hated.
And from time to time, some kid comes along and says "[Insert band here] IS NOT EMO!" That kid is then insulted, bullied, and convinced by others that he/she is 'emo' as well, because majority rules. And the cycle continues.

Okay, that was me being stupid. But it's true neverless (from my perspective anyway). 'Emo' is a stupid term to describe anything. If it's s'pose to be short for 'emotional', and all music is emotional, then all music is 'emo'. Heck, even Chingy's music is 'emo' then. (That's not supposed to be sarcastic by the way).

If you don't agree with it, bite me. I honestly don't care. My opinion, my thoughts, my blog, my space. If you don't like it, go write a blog about how much luxCy sucks. I await your pathetic-ass comments.
