饮品咖啡的最佳温度是85至88摄氏度。因为普通咖啡的质地不太稳定，所以最好趁热品尝。为了不使咖啡的味道降低，要事先将咖啡杯在开水中泡热。咖啡的适当温度在冲泡的刹那为摄氏83度，倒入杯中时为80度，而到口中时的温度为61至62度，最为理想。
