I haven't had dinner yet .这个变否定是要否定have的，因为这是现在完成时态，不能找助动词did，一楼是不对的。完成时态 have\/has (not) + done 的形式 而already和yet 区别在于，前者用在肯定句中，后者用在否定和疑问句中。我也有与楼上相同的疑惑。
